[Note] The mini train will not operate on the third Thursday of each month in 2025 (June 19 / July 17 / August 21 / September 18 / October 16 / November 20) and 2026, and the tour will instead visit Takachiho Shrine. From December 30 to January 3, it is the Japanese New Year, and the tour will visit Takachiho Shrine (instead of Dazaifu and the mini train). Japanese weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13 to 16) are peak travel times and prone to traffic jams. Some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train), and to bring light snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but since this is a shared tour, seating is mainly on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. • Please be aware that since this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling in the same car with you. Thank you for your understanding.
• When the number of participants does not reach the specified minimum number for the group, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) as to whether the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified by email. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothes (if needed).

• The company will not provide refunds to passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.

Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • If children under the age of 3 need to occupy a seat, please purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and make a note in the remarks.
• Children under 2 years old can participate for free without occupying a seat, but a remark is required. If there is no remark, arrangements cannot be made. Type of vehicle used: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people are traveling, the driver will also serve as an attendant to provide full tour services without additional tour leaders. Please be aware.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The itinerary will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Please be aware.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there may be severe traffic jams due to the large crowds. It is recommended to bring your own light snacks.
• The flowering/autumn foliage season may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/foliage situation. Please be aware.
• Day tour itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers.
