Registration Instructions

• The course is applicable to students who are in the third to sixth grade of primary school
• Class time is from 09:00 to 16:30
• Full-day care system, providing daily nutritious lunch and fruit snacks
• To facilitate parents to pick up and drop off their children, the earliest arrival time in the morning is 8:30, and the latest pick-up time in the afternoon is 17:30 (if you will pick up your child after 17:30, please inform the team assistant in advance. The extended care time is 18:00-18:30, and the fee for each student is 100 yuan per day. 18:30-19:00, each student is charged 200 yuan per day. If it is later than 19:00, each student will be charged 300 yuan per day)
• The copyright of the photos and videos taken during this camp belongs to myself and the organizer. Both parties agree that they can use them under legal principles (organizer's official website, social media, commercial advertisements)
• This camp is insured for NT$2 million in public accident liability insurance for event incidents. This insurance can only compensate for the losses caused by personal accidental bodily injury, and does not include other property losses, mental losses and physical and property losses of others.
• A class is formed with 6 people and a full class is formed with 15 people. If the class cannot be formed due to insufficient number of people, the organizer will notify you to reschedule or get a full refund. If the class has been confirmed, the organizer will send a pre-departure notice (including relevant precautions such as transportation to class) by email/text message 7-14 days before the start of the camp.

Event Cancellation Rules

If the minimum number of participants is not reached and the contract can be terminated, the operator will notify the student in writing or electronically seven days before the scheduled event to terminate the contract and return all fees paid by the student.

1. Refund mechanism for camp withdrawal due to force majeure:

1. If there are force majeure factors before the camp starts, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, etc., the camp will be held as scheduled based on the suspension standards announced by Taipei City. Please see below for refund methods (3)
2. If the camp encounters force majeure during the camp, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, etc., in order to ensure the safety of the participants, the camp may decide to change the content of the activity or end it early. Please see below for refund methods (3).
3. Refund method for camp cancellation due to force majeure The above two refund methods: If the camp is cancelled due to force majeure, the camp will calculate all costs, deduct the expenses already spent and the unspent but necessary expenses, and refund the remaining fees in full.

2. Refund mechanism for those who withdraw from the camp due to personal reasons:

1. Before the camp begins, if you are unable to attend the camp due to personal reasons or special circumstances, but have completed registration and payment and wish to refund, please call (02) 2655-2625 (service hours Monday to Friday 09:30-17:00)
2. Refund method for withdrawal from the camp due to personal reasons:

(1) If you inform us 30 days before the start of the camp that you will not be able to attend the camp, the camp will refund 90% of the actual payment

(2) If you inform us 20 days before the camp that you cannot attend the camp, the camp will refund 60% of the actual amount paid.

(3) If you inform us 10 days before the camp that you cannot attend the camp, the camp will refund 40% of the actual amount paid.

(4) Those who fail to attend the camp on the day of the camp will be deemed to have given up and no refund will be given

3. About illness:

1. Before the camp starts (excluding the start date), if a student is unable to attend due to illness, the order can be cancelled after providing a diagnosis certificate, and the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting necessary expenses (this fee includes but is not limited to material fees, teacher fees, insurance premiums, etc.)
2. After the camp starts (including the start date), if a participant is unable to continue to participate due to illness, after providing a diagnosis certificate, the remaining fees for the days not attended will be refunded in proportion after deducting necessary expenses (this fee includes but is not limited to material fees, teacher fees, insurance fees, etc.)

4. Camp Activities

If a student deliberately fails to observe discipline, damages public property, or obstructs the teacher and affects the normal activities of other group members during the camp activities, and if there is no improvement after persuasion and informing the parents, the student’s qualification will be cancelled in order to protect the rights and interests of other students, and the remaining fees will not be refunded.
