This is an incredibly frustrating booking that wasted my entire day of planning. When I booked on the app, the hotel was within the free transfer zone, but the tour company emailed me demanding an extra transfer fee. I explicitly refused and requested a refund to cancel the trip, but they refused. I complained to Klook, but nothing happened, and I didn't get my money back. I've traveled to Thailand many times - Bangkok, Hua Hin, Chonburi, Krabi, Phuket - and this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible tour company. I probably won't travel to Phuket again. This tour company is truly detestable. The itinerary they published on the Klook app doesn't match the actual situation, they demand extra fees, and they refuse to refund after I explicitly refused to pay. I didn't receive any service but lost over 300 RMB. It's outrageous!
