Seoul Gwanghwamun Square Half-Day Small Group Historical Tour

This was the second walking tour we booked with June on this trip, and once again he exceeded our expectations. His background in Korean history truly shines through. June was an amazing tour guide, the walk is also very easy, some hills but nothing crazy. The areas during the morning time were much less crowded :)

I’ve been to Gwanghwamun countless times, but this tour completely changed the way I see the area. Instead of the usual palace and tourist spots, our guide led us through narrow alleys filled with hidden spots I never knew existed. Every stop came with vivid stories. Well designed tour. I tried lots of the tour but I think this is very special. Guide is not just taking us around to take photos. He really has deep knowledges about Korea and willing to show us the real Korean world. Not just local spots, but also we went to buchon hanok village. I already visited there by myself, but the guide showed me the village in a whole different way.

June was a fantastic host for this tour. He taught us so much about Korean society and histories about Koreans.June is very knowledgeable and engaging and ensured we covered a wide range of locations and topics during the tour.
