The hair salon is easily accessible and noticeable. Coming into the shop as a foreigner, I was greeted by receptionist in Korean. However, this did not stop them from communicating with you. I was impressed by how patient and understanding they were. Luckily, I spoke a bit of Korean. I was able to speak to them with half English and half Korean. As my first time visiting a hair salon in South Korea, I can say their service was incredible and exceptional with their wash, cut, style and makeup service. As a fan of kpop and kdrama myself, I could definitely tell that their service is top tier. I could actually see the effect of the Korean makeup style and the hair styling has on me. I felt somehow a bit a Korean as I don’t really put makeup on a daily basis. Thanks to the staff for the high quality service and I would not hesitate to come back next time whenever I visit Seoul!

I visited artir&arz for a haircut and styling, and I was really impressed. The salon just opened recently, so everything feels very clean, modern, and fresh. The space also feels private and independent, which made the experience even more comfortable. I brought a photo of a celebrity hairstyle I wanted, and the stylist matched it perfectly — it turned out exactly as I hoped! I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend this place.

I finally visited a Korean hair salon that I've been wanting to go to and got a layered cut from Moonkyung-sensei!! I'm so happy with the results, it's exactly what I wanted 🥺🥺💕 I'm so happy I finally got the Korean style I've been dreaming of!! The hairdressers and makeup artists are both meticulous and thorough, and the store environment is excellent which on the 6th floor of the office building. Staff even gifted cosmetic samples, providing a very comfortable experience.

Service: The service is warm and attentive, with a variety of beverages to choose from, including coffee, tea, and juice. Although there is a language barrier with Tony and the makeup artist, they communicate using a translator. Atmosphere: The environment is clean and hygienic, and the decor is very cozy.

The service is excellent. The stylist is meticulous and has a great attitude. The owner, who does the makeup, is also very kind. She helped me fix my makeup for photos and recommended suitable cosmetics. Atmosphere: Clean with a great vibe. The owner is very enthusiastic.
