Tour guide is nice and friendly. Itinerary is not ok as some of the locations are for shopping. Photos shown are not per the location as well. Pepper farm not in the tour itinerary as well.

My tour guide was Son Vu Hoang. I specifically requested a Mandarin-speaking guide, but this Vietnamese guide’s Mandarin was incredibly poor, making communication nearly impossible. He spent most of his time at each attraction playing on his phone. When I asked questions, he couldn’t answer them because of his limited Mandarin skills. The first stop at the pearl factory was a disaster. He simply dropped us off without any explanation and waited for us at the exit. I paid NT$4,900, and this is the quality of guide I received? This is a rip-off! I demand a refund! The guide was awful.
