Instructor: Ayman, the tour guide, was very kind and helpful. He explained the scenery throughout the city. He also recommended tombs in the Valley of the Kings to visit. He doesn't go inside the tombs with you to guide you, but he takes you to the entrance. I was very happy and enjoyed talking with him because he was friendly and kind. He also took photos for us. Experience: The hot air balloon tour was canceled the day before due to bad weather. We received a $40 refund for the canceled tour, and the itinerary became a West Bank tour only. He took us to places that would have been difficult to reach on our own, so we were able to explore freely. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed the West Bank tour. Ayman, our guide, was quite the talker and his jokes were hilarious. However, regarding the hot air balloon tour, it felt like I was put at the back of the line, possibly because I'm Asian. People who arrived later flew before me. The view was great, but that aspect was disappointing.
