Communication was smooth. Marcel is very kind and will give you lots of pointers on what you shoud do. I have nice photos from our flight but I cant upload them cause the files are too big. This was an extremely satisfying activity! Instructors Marcel and Max were very polite, which made us feel at ease. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to do this again. For anyone considering this activity during their trip to Switzerland, as a Japanese person, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You'll experience breathtaking views that will change your perspective on life.
