Good to know

Due to recent rockfalls in the Blue Cave, our tour boats will no longer enter the cave. Tours will only circle the outside of the Blue Cave.

Pre-Departure Information

* We will contact you via the contact information you provided between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive the message, please check your email, including your spam folder. During peak tourist season, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recent one. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

* If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of typhoons, heavy snow, or other extreme weather conditions, you will be notified by email by 18:00 local time the day before departure regarding cancellation.

Seating and Vehicles

  • This is a shared tour, and seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please note them in your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be based on the actual situation on-site.
  • The type of vehicle used depends on the number of participants and cannot be specified. When there are few participants, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief.
  • If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

  • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000–10,000 yen/hour).
  • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
  • If cable cars, tour boats, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of stay will be adjusted.
  • No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting location, or leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the tour.

Season and Scenery

  • In winter, if expressways are closed or scenic spots have restricted access due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

  • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway.
  • It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please bring warm clothes for winter or mountain tours.

* Day tours do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.

* If the tour is forced to be中止 due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the cost of return or additional accommodation themselves.

* During peak seasons on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
