All-in-One Full-day Hanoi: Incense Village, City Tour & Train Street

Booked this tour since it was our first time in vietnam and had Paul as our tour guide. The tour was fun and we were able to go around hanoi seamlessly. the tour started on time and even finished on time. Had good coffee, good food, and good company! Takes good photos as well! Learned a lot about Vietnam’s history as well.

Tour was fantastic! Our guide, Andrew was the best. communication was on point prior to the tour. During the tour he was excellent in explaining the whole tour, gave us the background and history of the area, temples and pagoda, his also funny and engaging the whole time . We truly had an enjoyable time. Thanks Andrew! The lunch included in the tour was also very good.

My husband and I had an amazing tour today! We’re so grateful to have had Pietro as our tour guide. He is kind, friendly, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and most of all, incredibly funny! From giving clear instructions and sharing interesting facts about the tourist spots to taking great photos/videos for us, Pietro made the whole experience enjoyable. We truly appreciated how well he looked after everyone in the group making sure we were safe, stayed as dry as possible despite the rain (even bought a raincoat for us), and had a fantastic time throughout the tour. If you are thinking about booking this tour, do it! We had the best time. Our guide Justin was fun, and so knowledgeable about the city. He totally saved the day by getting us to Train Street right on time for the crossing, which was unforgettable. I also have to give him a special shoutout for his photography skills, he was so patient and took the most amazing pictures of us! 🥰 Lunch was also a huge win; a super comfortable spot with fantastic local food I had never tried before. An amazing experience from start to finish!

My wife and I had an amazing time exploring Hanoi, and a big part of that experience was thanks to our guide, Dinh Duc Manh (Mac). He was truly exceptional throughout the trip. We visited many beautiful places, and whenever we asked for photos, Mac was always happy to help. Despite the extremely hot weather, he patiently spent extra time finding the best spots and taking countless photos for us without ever rushing. This tour was a great experience especially for us first timers in Hanoi. I highly recommend booking this for those who want to appreciate the history and culture of Hanoi in a day. Our tour guide Devin was very commendable for giving so much knowledge with regards to the Vietnam culture and history. He even really make sire that we arrive early so to avoid too much crowd. He is very friendly and doesn't want his clients to spend too much of unnecessary things. The over all tour was great!
