- Air-conditioned tour bus for the entire trip. If you require a higher standard of vehicle, please specify in advance for re-pricing. Do not leave valuables on the tour bus.
- For tours organized by the travel agency, minors must be accompanied by an adult. People with disabilities, the elderly, and those with mobility issues should be accompanied by family or friends. We do not recommend participation for those who are frail, ill, or pregnant. Our agency is not responsible for any inconvenience or issues caused by failure to comply.
- Due to many uncertain factors affecting the itinerary (such as hotel location, weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.), the travel agency reserves the right to adjust the order of visits and accommodations based on the actual situation at the time without reducing the number of attractions.
- When checking into a hotel, please check whether the hotel amenities are complete and whether the hot water and air conditioning are working properly. If you find any problems with the room facilities or amenities, please contact the hotel staff or tour guide immediately. Guilin is a sightseeing tourist city where tourists spend less time at hotels compared to coastal resort cities, which are different in nature.
- Meals included in the itinerary: Breakfast is included with the hotel room; no refunds will be given if not used. Standard meals are operated according to the product's meal standards, excluding alcoholic beverages (except for specialty meals). Guilin cuisine is relatively spicy. If you have special dietary requirements, please communicate with the tour guide in advance.
- All admission tickets to attractions included in the itinerary have been calculated based on discounted ticket prices. Therefore, guests with military ID, disability certificates, senior citizen cards, and other preferential certificates, as well as other individuals with special status, will not be entitled to a price difference refund.
- In the event of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances despite reasonable efforts (such as traffic jams, rising water levels in scenic areas, policy adjustments, long queues, etc.), inability to visit due to return travel time, or special groups unable to be received according to scenic area regulations, resulting in some attractions or meals not being arranged normally, our agency reserves the right to cancel or replace them with other attractions of equivalent value. (If refunds occur during the itinerary, all refund standards will be based on the travel agency's discounted price, not the scenic area's listed price; no refunds will be given for complimentary attractions.)
- Yulong River regulations: Those who are intoxicated, suffering from heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases, as well as people with disabilities, pregnant women, children under 6 years old, and the elderly over 65 years old are not allowed to take bamboo rafts. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- To protect the rights and interests of passengers, if you have any objections or suggestions during the tour, please communicate and provide feedback in a timely manner. Please be sure to fill out the "Guest Opinion Form" after the trip. Our agency will keep it on file. Please fill it out carefully and truthfully.
- During the group tour, if you choose to leave the group midway during non-free activity periods, the uncompleted portion will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment, and no fees will be refunded for the uncompleted itinerary where actual losses have been incurred.
- About accommodation: The default arrangement is a double bed room in the hotel, one room for two adults. This itinerary does not allow for room sharing. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, you must purchase one "single room supplement." A single room will be arranged for you if you are traveling alone. If three adults are traveling, purchase an additional "single room supplement" and two rooms will be arranged for you.
- Please be sure to pay attention to your own safety, and carry valuables with you! ! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not responsible for compensation if losses occur due to improper personal care.
- You must bring a valid ID with you when you depart. If you are unable to check in, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to not carrying a valid ID, you will be responsible for the losses yourself.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the tour itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from tourists' unauthorized actions.
- The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only, and the actual tour situation on the day shall prevail. The itinerary is subject to changes and adjustments due to factors such as climate, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic area queues and controls, tourists themselves, and force majeure.
