Traveling during peak seasons in Japan, such as weekends, holidays, and especially around the Obon Festival (August 13th to 16th), is prone to traffic congestion, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened based on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) on the same day, and to bring light snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• Please be aware that this tour is a group tour, and there may be guests from other countries and language backgrounds traveling with you.
• Regarding seating arrangements, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests prone to motion sickness should arrive at the meeting point early.
• Regarding guide arrangements: For small groups of 1-13 people, the driver will also serve as the guide, and the driver will not leave the vehicle to accompany the group. For bus tours of 14-49 people, there will be a separate tour guide. The actual arrangement will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day of the tour.
• Regarding luggage arrangements: If you want to bring luggage, please note it in the special requirements section, and customer service will contact you.
• Regarding meal arrangements: The journey is long, so we recommend bringing your own light snacks and water.
• There will be some walking distances during the tour, so please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
• During weekends and holidays in Japan, traffic jams and early closing of attractions may occur, which may result in reducing or shortening the itinerary depending on the actual situation. To avoid subsequent impacts caused by traffic jams, it is recommended that you do not book dinner or connecting transportation on the same day.
• If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. The luggage fee is JPY 2000 per piece, payable in cash to the driver or guide on the day.
• Please ensure that the communication app you have reserved can be used to contact you during your trip to Japan. Vehicle and guide information for the next day's trip will be sent to your email address by 8:00 PM the day before departure, so please check it (it may be in the spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the guide or driver in a timely manner.
• Reference vehicles: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater: Small bus; 22 seater or more: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day of the tour.
• The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required for the tour, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 4 days prior to departure.
• In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made the day before departure (local time 6:00 PM) whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid scheduling activities for the same evening.
• Our company is not responsible for failure to participate in the tour due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors, or for poor quality of photos taken, and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding.
• The company will not provide refunds for abandoning the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other routes or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses.
• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and a note is required.
• After the tour departs, if the itinerary is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be made for the unfulfilled itinerary based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers themselves.
• Day tour itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If you need it, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you.
