Thai Cooking Class in Dusit Thani Mactan

I never got the chance to do this because of the Management's negligence and unprofessionalism. I called the day before the activity, when I arrived it was unprepared. They told me to wait on the lobby until someone will approach. They made me wait for 30 minutes because they're still preparing it. I asked the concierge to cancel it but told me it's already ready. Very unprofessional considering I called last night to let them know I availed. They even asked for my number and email but none contacted me. I am very upset. Not worth the money, time and effort!
