• No refunds issued for cancellations made 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date
• 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 4 day(s) before the selected activity date
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
