Luggage pickup, storage & delivery in Dubai

This is our first time to use this kind of service and this is really a hassle-free experience especially if you need to check out in the morning and your flight is still at night. Kudos to the Filipino Staff (I forgot his name) who picked up our luggage for your kindness and accommodating us. Our hotel is in Dubai and our departure airport is in Abu Dhabi so we still had a chance to go to the Palm Jumeirah, and buy stuffs and eat in Abu Dhabi without our luggage. Our bags were picked up around 8:30am in Dubai, and they we’re dropped off at 5pm in Zayed Intl Airport in Abu Dhabi once we arrived there.

Traveling to Dubai with two families, we arrived in Dubai from Incheon in the early morning. Since early bird check-in at our accommodation was not available, we used Klook's luggage storage service. The driver was kind, and translation was provided through the app for time and location, which was very helpful. The immediate feedback regarding schedule adjustments and inquiries was excellent. Highly recommended.

I was so nervous because there were no reviews,,ㅋ But on the last day of my trip, from after check-out to before going to the airport, this was exactly the service I was looking for, so I applied!! My trip became much more comfortable because I could leave my luggage and have both hands free. It was exactly the service I wanted, and the price was reasonable. This is exactly the service I was looking for! No need to wander around looking for a place to store luggage after checkout. Just send your luggage straight from the hotel to the airport and you're done. Communication via WhatsApp was super quick and responsive. The consultant was also incredibly friendly and really tried their best to accommodate my needs, which was really touching. I had a late night flight so it was a hassle to check out in the morning and then come back to the hotel. Going back and forth to a luggage storage facility is also a chore, but being able to send my luggage directly in the morning saved so much time! I was hesitant because there weren't any reviews, but I highly recommend it to other Koreans. I wish this service was available in other countries too!!

Exactly what I was looking for - a fuss-free and easy way to “drop and leave” upon arrival. Baggages were collected from us at DXB arrival hall. Pickup handler was patiently waiting for us even though we underestimated the time needed to clear thru DXB airport. It’s huge, took 1 hour. But Pickup handler was monitoring our flight arrival so we were assured. Bags were sealed with security tags at handover and then were delivered exactly at the stated time to our hotel. One thing to note was the bags drop off was to us directly. You need the booking PIN to complete the transaction. Did not attempt drop off to hotel reception. Booking from Klook was directly converted into an app booking. Customer Service Team from BaggageTaxi was always prompt on reply and update.

I requested delivery to the airport. In the photo, it's gate 6, but it can be received at gate 5. The arrival time is almost on schedule, so if you are booking for the airport, please book a little earlier with extra time.

It's very convenient, and the pick-up was right on time. While collecting luggage at the airport, the pick-up location was clearly explained. Picking up the items was also very convenient, and everything went smoothly. I'm so glad I used this service, it was great! Upon delivery, they ensured that everything was locked. They will ask you on the spot if you need help unlocking it, and then unlock it by removing the yellow tag on the spot!

I had trouble storing my luggage before heading to the airport, but it was so convenient and great that I could make a reservation for the same day and use it right away. Of course, there was a slight hiccup with the pickup, but after contacting them via WhatsApp, they took care of the next steps and did their best to handle everything, including picking it up at the airport. Considering the cost and time of going back and forth to the hotel after the schedule, it seems like a very good service.
