Reviews
Very good experience with the horse riding. The staff are very professional and take care on us throughout the journey. Perfect for beginners. The whole journey take about 2 hours. The meeting point not far from Reykjavík town and easy to find if self driving. It is recommended to joint for the experience.
Icelandic horses are very docile and well-trained; they walk in a line automatically! The staff is also friendly and professional, reminding you of your posture and things to pay attention to! It was cold when riding, and they had hot coffee and hot chocolate prepared upon our return, which was very thoughtful!
Experience: Easy to handle, even without prior riding experience Location: Conveniently located, not far from the capital city Instructor: Very safe, with four instructors for about ten people
This is my first time ever to go horse riding. it's an amazing experience. the Iceland horses are a little smaller than regular horse and they are very gentle. the coach guided the whole team well and have them remain in a line. really recommend this activity to enjoy horse riding while also seeing the scenic Iceland!
The weather wasn't great that day, with rain and strong winds, but luckily we saw a rainbow along the way. The staff kindly used our phones to take individual photos for us. Please note that putting on the gear and waiting to mount the horses takes a bit of time and patience. The staff also introduced the horses' names in Icelandic. Overall, it was an interesting experience.
Absolutely loved it! Perfect for beginners! They really take good care of you. I initially thought the staff would walk alongside to protect you, haha! But they ride horses too! And the horses are super well-behaved. At the end, they offer two options: a faster ride and a slower ride. I felt the faster ride was a little too quick and the stirrups kept hitting my legs uncomfortably. The slower ride was incredibly relaxing and comfortable! In short, you should definitely come! It's an experience you won't regret!
This horse riding is very good! Safe and fun! The staff is friendly and professional ~ the horses are very cute! Recommend! There is no problem buying tickets at Klook!
We purchased the shuttle service, and it arrived right on time! The horseback riding experience was also a lot of fun, though a bit nerve-wracking. I was initially worried the horse would go too fast, but the guide asked, and if you're scared, the guide will take a different path to make the horse go slower. The ride lasted about 1-1.5 hours. The horses are truly amazing; they gently follow the horse in front of them and are very docile. It was a truly special experience to admire the lava landscape while riding!
amazing experience. they provide suits for you to stay warm. and there are photo spots. the horses are well trained
the place is just near to the town, they also provide pick up service. it is really nice that you can enjoy the view of red rocks while riding horses. Icelandic horses are generally kind, they will follow one by one during walk. pretty nice experience
