Additional information
- Most of the buses are wheelchair accessible; however, passengers with reduced mobility must be able to get on and off the bus independently due to safety reasons
- Strollers are allowed on the bus, with the exception that they need to be folded
- Small and medium-sized dogs are normally welcome on both buses and boats. If there are passengers onboard who are allergic, passengers with dogs may be asked to be seated in a specific area of the bus or boat or asked to join the next tour
- Luggage is allowed onboard buses and boats within reasonable limits
- Snacks are allowed onboard with the exception of hot meals
- The buses meet all cruise ships visiting Stockholm upon arrival, including Frihamnen (F634, F650, and F658), Värtahamnen (not Silja Line cruises), and Stadsgården (S167). If your cruise ship is arriving at one of these ports, you can expect there to be a Red Sightseeing bus stop. All buses operate the port as part of their regular route all day as long as a cruise ship is docked (the earliest time will be at 8.00). It is recommend that you download the Red Sightseeing app, which will allow you to see the exact location of the stops

I originally thought I'd have to take the QR code to the central station to exchange it for a train ticket, but it turns out I just needed to show the QR code to board directly. No extra trip to the central station was necessary! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the commentary was very clear! I wanted to share a lot of pretty photos, but unfortunately, most of what I have on my phone are videos, and I don't have many good pictures. Still, it's truly worth experiencing in person!

I think the description on the sales page is not very clear. The main name of the product is sightseeing bus, but Klook actually only sells boat tickets. There is only one sightseeing boat per hour, so if you miss it you will have to wait a long time. There were only eight boat stops, and one was not docked due to construction. Overall, it's not worth it. If you're a little more diligent, you can complete the journey by walking. If I have to say the pros, the staff are very friendly and the scenery on the water is different from the view on land.

some drivers cannot comprehend English in your tickets or voucher. they refuse us multiple times despite highlighting to them that you do have the “redsightseeing” hop on and hop off bus. one driver even threatened me kn front of my kids saying, “this is Sweden, I can call the police”. I’m very disappointed with their service. Marta from stop #1 even tried to calm him down. telling those in front of your kids, that’s not right. we have tickets, they refuse us to hop on for no reasons, I should be calling them the police.
