I originally thought I'd have to take the QR code to the central station to exchange it for a train ticket, but it turns out I just needed to show the QR code to board directly. No extra trip to the central station was necessary! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the commentary was very clear! I wanted to share a lot of pretty photos, but unfortunately, most of what I have on my phone are videos, and I don't have many good pictures. Still, it's truly worth experiencing in person!

I think the description on the sales page is not very clear. The main name of the product is sightseeing bus, but Klook actually only sells boat tickets. There is only one sightseeing boat per hour, so if you miss it you will have to wait a long time. There were only eight boat stops, and one was not docked due to construction. Overall, it's not worth it. If you're a little more diligent, you can complete the journey by walking. If I have to say the pros, the staff are very friendly and the scenery on the water is different from the view on land.

some drivers cannot comprehend English in your tickets or voucher. they refuse us multiple times despite highlighting to them that you do have the “redsightseeing” hop on and hop off bus. one driver even threatened me kn front of my kids saying, “this is Sweden, I can call the police”. I’m very disappointed with their service. Marta from stop #1 even tried to calm him down. telling those in front of your kids, that’s not right. we have tickets, they refuse us to hop on for no reasons, I should be calling them the police.
