What to expect
Before 10:00 PM the day before departure, we will contact you via WeChat/WhatsApp and send you detailed information about the guide/driver and vehicle. Friendly reminder: The guide/driver can only contact you via WeChat, so you need to register for WeChat yourself, thank you.
In the morning, depart from the urban area of Xishuangbanna and head to Wild Elephant Valley as the first stop. This is an excellent place to observe Asian elephants. Follow the elevated elephant observation boardwalk to track the footprints of elephants, and you may encounter wild elephant herds. You can also watch elephant performances at the Elephant School and feel their intelligence and cuteness.
After that, there are two optional directions for sightseeing: if you yearn for nature, go to the primeval forest, shuttle through the tropical rainforest, encounter rare animals and plants, and enjoy the fresh air; if you are fond of humanities, go to Manzhang Village, where you can freely choose pottery, papermaking or Pattra-leaf Sutra experience, and personally feel the charm of Dai traditional crafts.
After the tour, the group bus will take you back to the urban area of Xishuangbanna.

- Pick-up service range: Pick-up and drop-off from meeting points in Jinghong City, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture (Water-Splashing Square, Gaozhuang Xishuang Jing Mengbalanaxi Grand Theatre). Contact customer service for details.
- Time arrangement: The group tour departs around 8:00 AM and usually ends around 5:00 PM, taking you back to your hotel or the pick-up point. We will inform you of the meeting time again the day before the trip. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time.
- In case of traffic jams, queues for cable cars and electric cars in the park, and uncontrollable emergencies, the specific time is subject to the actual arrangement of the day. Thank you for your understanding.
