Validity

• Use your voucher on any date after booking is confirmed

Pick Up Information

• Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the SIM card
• Once this card is successfully reserved, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• This voucher has no expiration date, and you can collect the SIM card on a different date, but it cannot be canceled. Simply visit any Chunghwa Telecom company-owned service center or Godhand Telecom store in Taiwan and present your redemption certificate along with your identification to receive the SIM card.
• Each traveler's identification can only be used to redeem one SIM card, and the applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• Please cooperate with the counter to have your passport-sized photo taken.

For Travelers, please provide following documents:

• First Document: Passport
• Second Document: Choose one from the following: Exit & Entry Permit issued by Taiwan's National Immigration Agency, Entry Permit (Visa), Entry Stamp, Visitor Visa, Residence Permit, International Student ID

Activation Procedure

• The validity period begins from the date the card is activated.
• When collecting the SIM card at the airport, the staff will assist in activating the card on the spot.
• Your phone must support SIM card insertion and replacement and should not be a carrier-customized or locked device.
• If you are unable to access the internet after card activation, please set the APN to "Internet."

Cancellation policy

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• The number of days of the purchase plan shall not be greater than the number of days the visa is valid
