• Provide Japanese and multi-language instructions
• Depending on the number of participants, we may change to other vehicles such as minibuses, and the driver may also serve as a staff member
• Seats cannot be assigned. If you need any, please ask the attendant on the day.
• Please note that the bus is not equipped with an onboard toilet, so please prepare in advance.
• This trip only accepts online reservations, all notifications will be sent by email
• Unless there are special circumstances, the driver will not contact you proactively or in advance
• Some activities (such as water sports) are at your own expense. Please pay on site

Participation conditions

• Late arrival will be deemed as cancellation, please be sure to confirm the meeting place and arrive on time
• The accompanying personnel are only responsible for basic assistance and do not provide detailed sightseeing guides
• Children aged 0 to 2 are free (limited to 1 child/1 adult), but no seats or meals are provided. If you need seats and meals, please register at the adult price

OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS

• Tickets to Kongobuji Temple, Danjo Garan, and Konpon Daito are not included
• Guests who do not choose the meal-included plan may not be able to add more on the day. You can eat freely in ToreTore Market
• According to Japanese regulations, tourists with tattoos are not allowed to bathe in hot springs *Depending on traffic and weather conditions, the itinerary sequence, departure and arrival times, and length of stay may change
• If you are unable to connect to public transportation due to a delay in your trip, you will need to pay for the taxi fare or accommodation fee.
• If the tour is cancelled due to force majeure, the organizer will notify you by phone or email. If no notification is received, the tour will be deemed to have departed normally.
• If you are late or unable to join the trip due to delays in your own transportation, it will be deemed as a cancellation and no refund will be given.
