Accessing Your Booking on Disney Cruise Line

• Access and view your bookings on Disney Cruise Line’s website and Disney Cruise Line Navigator app using the voucher number indicated in the Klook voucher (below the QR code)
• You can link your booking to your Disney Cruise Line account
• To make changes to your booking, kindly contact our Customer Support for assistance

Check-in and Port Arrival Time

• Check-in 30 days prior to sailing date for first time cruisers on Disney Cruise Line’s website and select your preferred Port Arrival time
• Returning guests are encouraged to check their Disney Castaway Club membership status to find you when your check-in window begins
• Do note you will not be able to access the terminal prior to your Port Arrival time

Special Occasions

• To arrange a special celebration, log into My Reservations on the Disney Cruise official website, select “Special Requests” and fill out the Special Request form. Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure.

Age Pricing

• Different pricing is available for guests aged 0-2, 3-12, and 13+. Simply select the number of guests and their ages during booking to ensure accurate pricing.
• The first 2 guests of any stateroom will be classified as adults, regardless of age.

Rotational Dining

• When you arrive, you’ll receive your dining schedule and table number through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Each night, you, your tablemates, and even your friendly wait staff will move together to a different restaurant. The restaurants are pre-assigned to your cabin, and your servers will stay with you throughout the journey. This means they’ll already know your preferences, making each meal extra special. Plus, every restaurant offers kids' menus, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Room Requests

• Yes, you can request an accessible cabin for mobility or other special needs. To request an accessible stateroom, please contact our Customer Support in advance. Please note that this request will be subject to availability, approval and additional charge may apply.

Single Occupancy Fare

• Single occupancy costs the same as twin occupancy. The price for 2 adults is not halved. Since the pricing is based on a per pax rate, the total cost for 2 pax will be the same as for 1 pax.

Gratuities

• Gratuities are not included in the prices below and are to be paid onboard.
• It is customary to give gratuities in recognition of exceptional service, which you’ll receive in abundance aboard the ship.
• For Standard Stateroom Guests, we recommend a gratuity amount of $16.00 USD per night, per stateroom Guest, including infants and children.
• For Concierge Staterooms and Suities, we recommend a gratuity amount of $27.25 USD per night, per stateroom Guest, including infants and children.
• There is an 18% gratuity charged for bar, beverage, wine, deck service tabs and spa services. All gratuities can be charged to your onboard account.
