- [Regarding Assembly] Staff will confirm the departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM). Please assemble at the specified location and time.
- [Regarding Pick-up and Drop-off] Pick-up is available from addresses within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu in the morning. An additional fee of 30 yuan will be charged for areas outside the designated area.

- [Regarding Park Entry] All scenic spots require the use of the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit for park entry. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, any additional costs incurred will be at your own expense.
- [Regarding Ticket Refunds] Panda Base offers preferential ticket refunds of 28 yuan/person, and Du Fu Thatched Cottage offers preferential ticket refunds of 25 yuan/person; (Free or preferential ticket policies are subject to the on-site regulations of the scenic spot. Please inform the staff in advance and bring relevant documents).
- [Regarding the Itinerary] Our company has the right to adjust the order of the tour itinerary, but the tour content will not be reduced; if the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors, the travel agency will assist tourists to solve the problem, but will not be liable for the resulting losses. If there are any increased costs as a result, please take care of them yourself.
