Experience an authentic Kimchi Cooking Class in a stunning Bukchon Hanok. Inside our traditional home, we’ll explore the science & stories of Korean fermentation. I’ll share my Mother’s legacy recipe—you’ll be amazed at the depth of flavor we create together!
After making kimchi, we’ll cook Kimchi-jeon (crispy pancakes) and I’ll serve Amazing Sooyook (braised pork) with tofu for a communal feast.
Enjoy a family-style meal in a traditional house, sharing laughs & heritage. You’ll leave with my family recipes and a true taste of Seoul.
