Weekends and holidays in Japan (especially during the Bon Festival period, around August 13th to 16th) are peak travel times. • The company will not provide any refunds for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.

As this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons. • Children under 3 years old who need a seat should purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult, and a remark is required.

• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The itinerary will not be suspended or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
• During the flower/autumn foliage season, there is a high possibility of severe traffic jams due to the large crowds. We recommend bringing your own light meals.
• The flower viewing season or autumn foliage season may be slightly earlier or later depending on weather conditions. After the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Day tour itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. • If the itinerary is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for the return trip or additional accommodation costs.
