This itinerary includes a complimentary ride on the Mt. Aso crater shuttle bus (The Mt. Aso shuttle bus is a complimentary item. If Mt. Effective immediately, if the Aso crater is not open, we will add extra time to explore Senbazuru Deer Park or Kurokawa Onsen. Good to know
- If the ground is frozen in winter, the bus will not be able to enter Kurokawa Onsen, and Shirakawa Suigen will be replaced instead. Please be sure not to book dinner, as you will not be able to catch your flight or Shinkansen on the day. Please be sure to inform us in advance if you are staying at Kurokawa Onsen.
- Pre-departure notice • Please ensure that the communication APP you have reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day’s departure to your email before 8:00 p.m. one day before departure, please pay attention to check (may be in the junk mail). In order to ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in time. Thank you. • If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 6:00 p.m. local time one day before departure and notify you by email. Seats and Vehicles • The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please make a note. We will try our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement is subject to the actual situation on site. • The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as staff on the vehicle, and the explanation content will be relatively brief. • If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustment and Safety • Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be charged (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour). • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide can reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. • If cable cars, cruise ships and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, we will change to other attractions or adjust the length of stay. • If you are late due to personal reasons, temporarily change the meeting place, or leave the group midway, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group. Season and Landscape • The visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when the visibility is low. It is recommended to confirm the weather information before booking. • Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate, and the flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the itinerary will still depart normally and no refunds will be given.
Other notes • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join midway. • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain itineraries.
