Good to know
- In the event of ground icing in winter, the bus will be unable to enter Kurokawa Onsen, and Shirakawa Suigen will be substituted. Please be sure not to book dinner, as you may not be able to catch your flight or Shinkansen on the same day. Guests staying at Kurokawa Onsen must notify us in advance.
- Pre-Departure Notice •Please ensure that the communication app you have provided can be used to contact you while traveling in Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle and tour guide information for the next day’s departure to your email address by 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (and spam folder). To ensure a smooth departure, please be sure to contact your tour guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you. •If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day prior to departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 PM local time the day before departure and notify you by email. Seating and Vehicles •This tour is a shared group tour, and seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please note them in your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions. •The type of vehicle used depends on the number of participants and cannot be specified. When there are fewer participants, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be more concise. •If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety •Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour). •The itinerary is for reference only, and actual transportation, stopping, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. •In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the suspension of facilities such as cable cars or tour boats, we will change to other attractions or adjust the duration of the stay. •No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group will be borne by the individual. Seasons and Landscapes •Visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when visibility is low. It is recommended to check the weather information before booking. •Seasonal limited events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the itinerary will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information •Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and it is not possible to join the tour midway. •It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain itineraries.
- Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Travelers should carefully register according to their health conditions.
- After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.
- During peak travel periods on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring your own light meals and power banks.
