What to expect
- Day 1: Arrival in Kunming
- Itinerary: Kunming airport pickup by private car and check-in to your Kunming hotel. Visit Jacaranda Theme Park, Dianchi Dam, or Kunming Old Street + Emerald Lake (depending on flight schedule, either Day 1 or Day 5).
- Day 2: Kunming - Dali - Lijiang
- Itinerary: Take the high-speed train to Dali. Visit Dali Santorini, the Ecological Corridor for Erhai Lake scenery, and then proceed to Lijiang Old Town. Check-in to your Lijiang hotel.
- Day 3: Lijiang - Shangri-La
- Itinerary: Yulong Snow Mountain Glacier Park Grand Cableway, Impression Lijiang show, Blue Moon Valley. Proceed to Dukezong Ancient City, Shangri-La. Check-in to your Shangri-La hotel.
- Day 4: Shangri-La - Lijiang
- Itinerary: Songzanlin Monastery, Napa Lake, Tiger Leaping Gorge. Check-in to your Lijiang hotel.
- Day 5: Lijiang - Kunming
- Itinerary: Return to Kunming from Lijiang by high-speed train and transfer to the airport for your departure.

The tourguide is very professional. Arrived at the meeting point before the meeting time. The transport throughout the journey was very spacious & comfortable. The inter city transport involved the High Speed train. The tour company booked a suitable & comfort seat throughout the HSR journey from Kunming to Dali, then from Lijiang back to Kunming. The hotels that were booked by the tour company are also very comfortable and near to the attraction point. In summary, the, i would rate it 9.0 out of 10.
the tour guides are so friendly and helpful. the driver is really familiar with the city and tourist attraction, and somehow help us to take a beautiful pictures. we are so grateful to find this tour and hope we can visit Yunnan again with the same tour. Xie Xie🌸❤️
There were some hiccups for the last leg of the trip, but that was due to the last driver. Overall it was a great trip. The tour agency was very helpful and responsive, many items were pre-arranged properly. No issue with train tickets or hotels. Our driver in Lijiang, Mr Zhang, was extremely accommodating and nice. He took good care of us (two women!) and does not hard sell any other products or services. I like how he provides recommendations but not pushy. He also went out of his way when we got a bit unwell.

A special thanks to our driver, Jiang Ling, who was responsible for the Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri-La portions of our trip. He was incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and warm-hearted, even buying us many snacks to eat in the car. He also took us to cleaner restrooms. Throughout the journey, he was very responsible in ensuring our safety. The driver who handled our Kunming transfers was also very kind. We hope to see you all again next time!
