Mr Em is a great tour guide! he's very patient, friendly, and informative about the places. i learnt alot from him. the places are all incredible. hot spring was kinda meh, but its on the way to chiang rai so why not. the long neck village as well. but you can opt not to go in the village, you can kill time at the cafe on top the entrance. great coffee with a view! and cozy too! all the temples are soooo beautiful. we had a safe ride for the return trip so kudos to the driver mr man. its a longggg day so make sure you bring and use sunscreen and umbrella. it was insanely scorching, and then strong rains at the same day. the buffet place was really nice! lots of choices and its right next to the white temple. the journey back from red temple is about 4 hours, you'll be so tired so everyone just sleep in the van. you'll get a break at a petrol station to pee or buy things!
Toy our guide tour was so nice and also the driver. Picking us up on our hotel was the best for us. Me and my cousin really enjoyed our first trip in Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. This tour is highly recommended, first stop was the Hot Spring, we bought banana roti and it was actually really good. Next we went to the White Temple and had lunch buffet after. We went to Blue Temple and bought their coconut ice cream and it was so good. And you need to choose between Lalita Cafe or Black Museum, we chose Lalita cafe and some chose the Black Museum. They dropped us off to Lalita cafe and we regretted it, we shouldve chosen Black museum. But overall, our trip was smooth and the tour was so fun.
Chiang Rai Blue, White, and Red Temple + Lalita Café full-day tour was very good. It was a small group of 10 people, travelling in an old van with the tour company CM Paradises Tour. The journey is about 3 hours each way, but it’s worth going. The temples are unique, and Lalita Café is beautiful and great for photos.
We just finished an incredible trip and cannot recommend our guide highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and deeply enriching. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and seeing the very best of every location. If you are looking for a stress-free trip filled with great insights and hidden gems, look no further. An absolute 10/10 experience.
That's a great tour.. Pick me up from hotel at 7.05am. total 6 person was there in group. almost all place we get 50-55 min avg time that enough to cover entire place with decent photos.. food was good. For Vegetarians very limited options. Mango rise was v.good. we finish last templa by 3.30 and drop me at hotel by 7.45.
The tour was well organised, with an on-time hotel pickup. Our first stop was the hot spring, about an hour from the city, which also worked as a short rest stop. You can soak your feet in the hot stream for free, though time is limited. Next was the White Temple, which was absolutely stunning. We had enough time to explore it and take photos, though a little more time would have been nice. Lunch was a full buffet right next to the temple, with good food and variety. Instead of heading straight to the Blue Temple like most groups, our guide smartly took us to the Red Temple first, helping us avoid crowds. We went up to the Guan Lin statue, which was majestic and reminded me of Phuket’s Big Buddha. The dragon steps are must visit for photos. Lalita Café was overcrowded due to Christmas, still worth visiting for its beautiful photo spots. The Blue Temple was the final stop and truly impressive. Our guide, Kenny, was friendly and managed the tour very well. It was a day well spent.
I'm so satisfied. I originally had another tour planned, but my friend had a stomachache and diarrhea that day, so I went out at the pick-up time and told them I couldn't go today (other companies don't check WhatsApp or LINE, so I even had to wait 30 minutes for the car). The car seats were too cramped. So, although this tour was a bit more expensive, I hesitated and chose it after reading the reviews, and I'm really satisfied. First of all, the seats seem to be a little wider than other companies' vehicles, and I didn't feel any dangerous driving at all. And I asked them to contact me in advance via WhatsApp, and they contacted me in the morning to let me know when they would arrive, which was convenient. The guide was always kind and passionate, so he was the best. The order of the itinerary seems to change slightly depending on the weather and the people, so the Blue Temple, which we went to last, was not crowded and cool. Since it takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes each way, no matter what car or train you take, your back and spine will hurt, lol. I prepared everything, including a neck pillow, and went comfortably.
Got picked up in the right time in accordance to the itinerary. Wanmai (our tour guide) is very friendly and also knowledgeable about the places you’ll go to. Had a lot of fun because there is only 11 of us, and everyone is friendly. Met new friends during this tour. Good for solo travelers like me!
The tour was nice since you get to cover a lot of the famous temples in a day. I think it could be better improved if some more history were shared by the tour guides before letting the group explore on their own.
Danny was an awesome guide!! Him and the drivers have a great sense of humour, very knowledgeable about all the temples and even gave us some Durian Sticky Rice to try out during the buffet! The entire tour was pretty good. Due to rain and traffic, we were slightly late to everything and some of the itinerary had to be changed because of it. But Danny made sure we saw everything and even took some amazing shots of everyone!! Highly recommend!
