• Our company reserves the right to reasonably adjust the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions.
• In the event of itinerary changes or reduced attractions due to unforeseen circumstances such as road maintenance, traffic congestion, weather conditions, national policies, or other force majeure events resulting in customers being unable to visit certain attractions, our company will refund the entrance ticket price at a discounted rate. • Our company resolves complaints based on the feedback form signed by the tourist. Please fill it out carefully. If there are any quality issues, please raise them before leaving the group. Our company will handle them immediately. If the guest does not raise any objections locally or signs the feedback form without any problems, we will not accept the complaint after leaving the group.
• If you cancel your tour after 18:00 on the day before departure or arrive more than 15 minutes after the meeting time, we will deduct the cost of transportation. If you end the tour early due to your own reasons, we will only refund the undiscounted attraction ticket costs at the travel agency's group discount price.
• The staff accompanying the vehicle will adjust the order of the itinerary based on real-time road conditions without reducing the number of attractions. Tourists must be aware of this.
• Pre-departure notice: Within 24 hours after placing the order, customer service will add your contact information; 1 day before departure and before 6 PM, a tour notice or staff WeChat QR code will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Customer service and staff will proactively contact you. Please submit your ID photos promptly to facilitate itinerary arrangements. Thank you for your cooperation.
