- As scenic areas require real-name ticket purchases, customer service needs tourists to provide the ID card, passport (or travel permit) information of all members of the group when booking. Otherwise, you can only buy tickets on-site. On-site purchases may involve longer queueing times. During peak seasons, you may encounter situations where you cannot enter the park due to traffic restrictions in the scenic area. Please be aware and understand this.
- Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the tour, and follow the safety prompts of the scenic spot to queue for visits. We need to particularly remind you that the Wolong Giant Panda Garden is located at an altitude of about 1700 meters. Please walk slowly during the tour, do not run with heavy loads, so as to avoid physical discomfort.
- The vehicle usage time for pick-up, drop-off, and the entire tour of this package is 10 hours. If the time exceeds 30 minutes or more due to the guest's own reasons, the organizer will charge a fee based on the vehicle type and the exceeded time (from 100 yuan/hour). Please be aware of this. If the delay is caused by traffic jams or other force majeure factors, the organizer will not charge extra fees.
- This package includes Chinese-speaking driver service. Customer service staff can provide online Chinese and English services. At the same time, the organizer can provide multilingual (English, Japanese, Korean, Thai) tour guide add-on services. If necessary, you can contact the travel butler after placing the order. Chinese and English tour guides need to be booked 7 days in advance, and tour guides in other languages need to be booked 20 days in advance. Please pay after the reservation is successful.
- If you are traveling on weekends or holidays, considering the unpredictability of scenic spot traffic and road traffic during holidays, the return time may be uncertain. To avoid unnecessary losses, we do not recommend that you book major transportation (such as airplanes, trains, etc.) on the day of your return.
- For safety reasons, this itinerary is not recommended for pregnant women and infants under 1 year old; if minors under the age of 18 participate, at least one adult relative must accompany them; if there are elderly people over 70 years old in the group, there must be at least one relative between 18 and 60 years old to accompany them.
- The pick-up and drop-off range included in this package is within the Third Ring Road of Chengdu and Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone. If it exceeds the range, we can provide paid pick-up and drop-off services. If you have any needs, please consult customer service staff after placing the order.
