Priced from HK$588 per person, this lavish Sunday brunch invites guests on an unlimited journey of refined flavors. The experience starts with an exquisite Signature Seafood Platter (for two persons). The platter features a whole fresh Boston lobster accompanied by two seasonal and freshly-shucked oysters. Guests then will enjoy two hours of unlimited premium Japanese sashimi, featuring maguro tuna, hamachi, scallops, salmon, and sweet shrimp, complemented by classic sushi favourites such as California Rolls.
The brunch further elevates the dining experience with an abundant free-flow selection of hot and cold appetizers. Highlight includes citrus-marinated Yellowtail King Fish Topped with Salmon Roe, the signature made-to-order Eggs Benedict with perfectly runny yolks, the richly flavored classic Lobster Bisque. Additionally, try the vibrant Beef Salad with Rocket Lettuce & Balsamic Vinegar, as well as fresh Buffalo Cheese paired with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil to refresh your taste buds.
To complete the meal on a sweet note, the brunch concludes with an artfully curated Dessert Platter accompanied by ice cream, offering the perfect finishing touch to a memorable Sunday.
