Voucher indicated to arrive 15mins before the trip but the guides arrived a little late than meet-up time. It was not much of a big deal though. The guides were very informative and unquestionably kind hearted gentlemen, but weren't able to answer a lot of our questions concisely. Some answers were rather vague or baseless?? As we appreciate all the information and local eats, we feel that the value for money is low, hence the three stars. We felt like the food we sampled on doesn't level with the money spent on the entire tour. We tried on different food selections which, as our tour guides call it, are "Malaysianized". We tried on some deep fried snacks, ate halal food with bare hands, drank juice and coffee from a to-go plastic bag, prosperity dish for Chinese New Year, noodles, pork. The food mentioned in the voucher wasn't fully covered as we were not able to taste sugar cane juice during the trip which I was kind of looking forward to. It wasn't much of a big deal though.
