Review for: Sataya Dolphin House Overnight Trip with Accommodation
I booked this experience for my daughter and myself. Two days before it was supposed to start on Sunday, October 12th, I received a WhatsApp message stating that the tour was canceled due to a lack of participants. Bad enough, as it was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation. I was told to cancel it myself via Klook, which didn't work in the app. My emails requesting a refund have not been answered so far (4 days). I cannot recommend their customer service and hope to get the 450 euros back.
