The tour stated that they will pick up at hotel but as soon as we booked the tour, a CS told me they cannot arrange free pick-up at my hotel (but the point is my hotel is also located at city centre!) and they asked us to go to another hotel. The CS only gave me the hotel name and I thought there is only 1 hotel with this name at the city centre (And I have googled as well!). The day I joined the tour I get on a taxi and told the driver the hotel name and he told me there is one more hotel with the same name! I was freaked out and it took me quite a while to get in touch with the service provider. Suggest CS provide full address to the customer if the customer needs to arrange transportation on their own. The tour is nice though. The tour guide is able to speak cantonese as well so my father is able to understand what's going on. Putrajaya is a really beautiful place and with the limited time, we can still see quite a lot of things and experience quite a lot in this tour.
Great guide on the putrajaya.nicely view and scheduling.
