Pick up from the airport which is not hassle. But again, the desk opens at 11am. We had to wait for 30 minutes to pick up everything. We used this card in restos and in Macy's. Discounts upto 40 usd. So I think it's useful :)
Our flight arrived at 4 am, but the claim counter was 24/7 as posted when i booked. Waited for over an hour but no one came. Had to return later in the afternoon to claim it then. Taxi fares are quite high so this was not good. On the other hand card was really useful for shopping as I got additional discounts on top of existing discounts especially at Macy’s and some branded goods!
