• The flower blooming period will be adjusted according to the weather conditions, and the flowering situation is not guaranteed.
• Lunch is not included in the price of this tour. The tour guide will recommend a restaurant during the lunch break. If you have dietary restrictions, you may want to bring your own lunch. The Korean seaweed snacks sampled during the tour can be purchased after the tour ends (optional).
• Due to bad weather, such as rainstorm/ strong wind, the final decision will be made on the same day. If part of the trip is cancelled due to the mentioned issues, the parietal will be refunded.
• We will get in touch with you by WhatsApp, Line, etc. The messages from our CS team could be blocked or identified as spal due to the settings on your communication appss. **We advise that your check your email the day before departure in order to make sure you get any important travel updates.

What to bring

• Large cameras, any heavy or dangerous items are not recommended for entry. Be sure to be aware that any negligence or intentional actions causing items to fall from the walkway may harm pedestrians on the walkway or the ground below.

What to wear

• Wearing high heels or slippers on the Spacewalk can lead to falls, and wearing a skirt while walking on the track may result in wardrobe malfunctions. It is recommended to wear appropriate clothing on the day of your visit to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund. Any changes prior to departure 1 day before due to personal factors, a handling fee of KRW20,000 per person will be charged.
• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Please show valid ID for children aged 0-2. Otherwise the package fee will be charged.
• For safety reasons, children under 110 cm are not allowed to enter the Spacewalk.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• This activity requires a minimum of 8 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund
• This itinerary will distribute pick-up vehicles according to the number of participants: Solati / Starex for under 13 people , mini bus / travel bus for more than 20 people. **Please let us know if you have a Stroller/ Wheelchair / Big hand bag to go.
