driver met us at our hotel in Kanchanaburi around check out time. have a safe journey to BKK and send us to our hotel in BKK. friendly driver and can communicate in english. although the travel was sometime back, but we definitely have pleasant experience with Klook. will definitely book with Klook again.
Driver reached the pick up point early and waiting for us to checked out. Driver also approached the reception counter to inform them about my pick up as such when I checked out, the receptionist inform me that driver is already waiting for us and had shown us our driver. 1 day prior to the pick up, i was informed via whatsapp about my pick up vehicle information detail. Kudos to the staff!

I have complained to Klook about the driver who are investigating. the trip from Kanchanaburi to Bangkok airport was around 3 hours. from leaving the hotel gates, this particular driver was making video calls, when he wasn't video calling he was phone calling numerous people. he was speaking to people for the entire journey & was also weaving in & out of traffic & driving erratically - worst journey ever. the driver had 2 near misses. make sure you check with klook that the driver has been informed to drive safely & not use his phone! I am assuming this was a one off as the journey to kanchanaburi was fantastic.
