It’s very worth it! The van was spacious and clean. Just that unfortunately the driver mistook that we were heading to the airport instead of our hotel in Bangkok. We realised it only when we were almost reaching the airport. So we ended up spending an extra hour on the journey from the airport to our final destination. The driver driver carefully. Thumbs up!

Good Van. A bit old but comfortable for our 3hr ride back to Bangkok.
Driver was punctual. Vehicle is quite comfortable. We booked a 7-seater but a 10-seater van came instead, which was great. However, the driver asked if he could pick up his wife along the way without detouring. We didn’t think much of it and thought it was ok. But alas, the wife yakked non-stop since she was picked up, and disturbed our peaceful rest. We regretted agreeing to it. Luckily she got tired after maybe an hour since she got into the car and nodded off, leaving us about less than an hour of peace before we reached our hotel in bkk.
we cant change the departure time of our car because we cannot contact klook help during the weekend. we suggest you should provide more contact point to facilitate customer subsequent request after booking.
