  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or any other indicated pick up location. Please fill in the exact address of your preferred pick up point at checkout
  • Please choose a vehicle that can accurately accommodate your group size upon booking. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
  • Child seats are available upon request for children 109cm and below in height or children aged 0-4 only. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before your scheduled pick up

Surcharge table

  • Arrival and departure transfers: The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
  • One child seat can be provided for free, thereafter there will be an additional surcharge of THB200 per child seat, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
  • Any additional stops will incur an additional surcharge ranging from THB300 to THB2000 for the first hour depending on distance, and an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour will be applied for waiting time exceeding 1 hour, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver before the trip starts
