Good to know

Traffic congestion is common in Japan during weekends and holidays (especially around the Bon Festival from August 13th to 16th), and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets, and to bring snacks and a portable charger. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience. Depending on reservation conditions, members of the same group may not be seated together. Requests for specific seats cannot be accommodated. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. No refunds will be given even if customers do not enter the attractions for their own reasons. If you plan to arrange other activities before or after the tour on the same day, or if you are joining the tour from Kyoto, Hiroshima, or other locations, please allow ample time. Please note that if the following events are in progress upon your arrival, you may need to wait to be seated: sumo matches, ring-entering ceremony of top-division wrestlers (dohyoiri), grand champion’s ring-entering ceremony, wrestlers’ stomping ceremony, or the Sumo Association’s address (on the final day of the tournament). If this occurs, you will be escorted to your seat after the event concludes. Only one child aged 0-3 years old can participate free of charge per adult. Sumo tournaments do not provide seats for them, and they will need to sit on the lap of their parents or guardians. Age is based on the age on the day of participation (if a seat is required, please book at the adult price). Please note that there are no coin lockers or luggage storage services inside the venue, so please store large luggage in lockers or storage counters elsewhere in advance, or minimize the amount of luggage you bring. All travel participants under the age of 18 must provide written parental permission. Participants under the age of 15 or who have not yet enrolled in junior high school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The day tour does not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not liable for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.
