What to expect
On this experience you will find a master class on the preparation of famous Georgian Khinkali and Imeretian Khachapuri. The event will be hosted in our culinary studio in a cozy homely environment. The first dish we will cook khinkali is the pride of Georgian cuisine. Dough: During the cooking class, you will learn how to turn your khinkali correctly so they don't fall apart when cooking. Fixing: You will find out what ingredients to fill your khinkali with the same healing broth that perhaps takes up the main place in the process of eating this dish. We will cook khachapuri in the second dish in Imeretian style.
