Ms. Wendy Wu provided professional service, accurately introducing the hotel's services and facilities. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a garden view room with a better view, which indeed offered a more beautiful view than the rooms we'd stayed in before. We've been here several times, and this time the view was the best. This visit was mainly for the children's play area. The play space isn't very large and is more suitable for preschool-aged children. The playroom offers small craft activities, but each activity incurs a separate charge, so it's not very cost-effective, though the benefit is that children can be supervised. Compared to previous stays, the rooms no longer have coffee machines; only executive floor rooms are equipped with them. However, during our last stay on the executive floor, we had lounge access, so we didn't make coffee in the room and didn't use the coffee machine, opting instead to go directly to the lounge for coffee.

The hotel is new, well-designed, has good food, and the rooms are large and beautiful. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is a bit remote, with no entertainment nearby, and the hotel only having a pool and gym can be a bit boring. It's suitable for a relaxing one-night stay, and I would consider staying again next time. The package includes two buffet meals. The Sunday buffet dinner has oysters, and a wide selection of cold seafood. The hot dish selection is relatively small, with only crawfish and sizzling pot dishes. There are many kinds of desserts and drinks, but they are average. I especially recommend the Chinese soup, Tom Yum soup, and Laksa rice noodles. Although the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's sufficient, with various breads and congee. The gym equipment is quite complete, with water, towels, and tissues provided. Having to wear a swimming cap in the pool is a bit of a hassle. It seems like there's a jacuzzi.�

The bathroom features a modern design with a separate bathtub and shower. The elegant combination of tiles and lighting, along with the sophisticated vanity and mirror design, creates a luxurious feel. The toilet partition also reflects a focus on privacy and practicality. The bedroom boasts a well-organized layout, clean bedding, stylish lighting fixtures, and a rug. Cushions and a tea table add to the living comfort. The curtains and overall color scheme create a tranquil ambiance.

The environment around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, and the lobby design is very stylish. The room is clean and sanitary. The garden view room overlooks a small lake and a garden, giving people a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The afternoon tea snacks are exquisite and delicious, and the breakfast food is also rich. The only thing is that the quality of the food in the buffet dinner can be improved a lot. The swimming pool and gym are great places to spend an entire afternoon. Wu took the initiative to take us to the elevator and introduce the hotel facilities after checking in. She was very kind and polite. The room was very new and clean, with sufficient water pressure. The buffet was less in variety but of high quality. The restaurant staff and chefs also took the initiative to help pick up food. This stay was at a high-quality hotel: a MGallery hotel under the Accor Group, located in Dalang Fashion Town, Shenzhen. It's conveniently close to Shenzhen North Railway Station, a major transportation hub, just a 20-minute ride by ride-hailing service. It’s also far enough from the bustling city center to truly refresh your mind and relax! The lobby has an impressive and classy ambiance. The front desk staff is friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was neat and clean, with a shower room and a large bathtub, separating wet and dry areas. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a broad view of the mountains. The restaurant, Bin膳 Restaurant, is located on the 6th floor and offers a buffet-style breakfast. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. You can also walk along the Longhua Qiankeng Greenway near the hotel, circling Dalang Shishuitang Reservoir. Staying for two consecutive days didn't feel dull at all. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel was very comfortable. We were assigned to the executive floor on the 17th floor, and the room was very cozy, with a soft bed. The only regret is that the location is a bit remote; it can take an hour to get to the mall if there's traffic. The hotel's Playhouse was a lot of fun, and the breakfast buffet was also delicious. However, there seemed to be a shortage of staff; no one was available to seat us, so we had to find our own table. For a five-star hotel, this was a bit disappointing. I hope the hotel will consider increasing its staff.

The two executive lounge attendants were excellent, and one of them, Caroline Ding, made a very good cocktail. The other attendant was also very welcoming. However, the snacks in the executive lounge were quite ordinary, mostly fried items, with no hot vegetables or hot meat dishes, which felt a bit lacking. Breakfast: There was a good variety of breakfast options, and the taste was good.

The hotel maintains its consistent elegance and tranquility. This time, the room had a very comfortable view of the reservoir and mountains, so there was no need to even lower the curtains. Service: Adding blankets, pillows, and replenishing supplies was very quick. The cleaning instructions on the staff's service cart are visible, which helps with the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast: There were many diners, and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice was absent.
