  • This is a one way transfer. Please make a separate booking if you require a round trip service
  • For airport pick up, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1st June, please select 1st June)
  • For hotel pick up, the date and time provided should be your preferred pick up date and time (at least 5 hours in advance)
  • Please choose a vehicle that can accurately accommodate your group size upon booking. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
  • Please ensure you can be reached at the contact number provided at checkout
  • If you have any other requirements, please fill in your preferences in the space provided at checkout
  • This transfer service is wheelchair-friendly
  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicles
  • Driver can speak basic English only
  • For departure (hotel pick up), we recommend that your preferred pick up time is at least 5 hours before your flight time due to the traffic condition in Bangkok

Pick Up Information:

Arrival Transfers
  • Please state your flight arrival date and number upon checkout
  • The driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall between Gate 3 and Gate 4, holding a Klook-Thai Rhythm sign, please wait for the driver at the meeting point about 15 minutes
  • The driver will wait for you up to 90 minutes from your actual flight landing time. If you can't make it on time, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
  • If you can't be contacted after the waiting time, you will be considered a 'no-show'. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
Departure Transfers
  • Please state your hotel address and preferred pick up time upon checkout
  • Please provide ample time for departure pick ups (at least 5 hours in advance)
  • For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time
  • The driver will wait for you up to 30 minutes from your pick up schedule. If you can't make it on time, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay
  • If you can't be contacted after the waiting time, you will be considered a 'no-show'. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

Surcharges:

Arrival Transfers
  • The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from your scheduled arrival time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB100 per 30 minutes past the 90-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
Departure Transfers
  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB100 per 30 minutes past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
Child Seats
  • Child seats are available upon request but will incur an additional surcharge of THB200 per seat, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
  • Please indicate the number of child seats needed in the space provided at checkout. Kindly note that child seats are not mandatory under Thailand law
Extra Stops
  • Any additional stops will incur an additional surcharge of THB200 per hour, to be in cash (THB) directly to the driver
Beyond Service Area

    The experience was quite smooth. We were able to find the agent and vehicle easily. The only minor issue is the driver didn't understand English but we didn't have to talk much though.

    Pick up at airport was super easy with clear direction. Waited about 15mins for the assigned driver to come pick us up. Overall staff are friendly and spoke mandarin to us. Lol. Boarded a Toyota camry but it's running on LPG so the car can be a bit warm at the back due to our long 3hrs journey. Else all is great!

    The driver came to pick us up at resort in Hua Hin on time. Car is near and comfortable. Do buffer extra time for the roadtrip to airport to catch flight home, the 3.5 hr drive ended up completing in 4.5 hr!
