- [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional luggage, you can pay the driver/guide 2000 JPY/piece on-site. Please be sure to indicate this in the order notes. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: exquisite small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: bus tours of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day. The driver-cum-guide mainly focuses on driving, with explanation as a supplement.
- [Regarding Force Majeure] Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on the traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site.
