The boat we took had a minor issue during the trip. The boat company said they could issue a refund, but since we purchased the tickets through Klook, we couldn't get a refund on-site. The boat guide in the canal cruise is nice, kind and respectful. He is very patient in sharing the information about the places we cruised in.

Copenhagen Canal Tour Before arriving, I only knew this was Hans Christian Andersen's hometown. But when I actually got here, I discovered that ancient and modern, nature and culture are interwoven in harmony, like a beautiful painting.
The guide was very funny and she was able to tell a lot of history and culture (and jokes) throughout the cruise. plus you can tour the most of the city on the boat for an hour. highly recommended
It was an amazing experience. definitely go back again if I have chance. Tips: try to go there early to reserve a seat.
This a great way to see lots of Copenhagen in only one hour! Very pleasant on a sunny day but they do have inside seats too if the weather isn’t great.
If you have limited time in Copenhagen, this is the first thing I would recommend. The only downside is that the boat has no shelter. If the weather is not good, then the experience will suffer.
