Safety: A pickup service at Hanoi Airport in Vietnam is essential. While driving through Hanoi city, an elderly woman was crossing the road, and the driver's excellent driving skills prevented an accident. The driver's driving skills were truly the best. Service: I have been using hotel pickup services in Hanoi. The Klook airport pickup service was also very good. I liked that the service was provided accurately according to the size I wanted. Punctuality: Punctuality with Klook was a given. As guided, I went to pillar number 10 and my name was accurately prepared on the list, and I was able to board the vehicle after confirming my reservation ID. Price: I have only used the JW Marriott Hotel airport pickup service for both of my trips to Vietnam. Of course, the reservation service and price on Klook were great for me. Comfort: The driver's driving skills were excellent. I wasn't anxious at all driving smoothly through Hanoi city, and I arrived at the hotel comfortably. If you are planning a trip to Hanoi, Vietnam, I recommend using Klook for a safe trip.
