We had an amazing time. Water was so calming and the different pools made the experience that much better. It was not crowded and more than enough space to move around. I do wish the option of QR payment was available for everyone not just Japanese nationals. I highly recommend bringing a waterproof bag into the pool area with towels and necessities instead of going all the way back to the lockers. Inside the pool area is cashless only payment (unless you have QR code option). If interested in taking souvenir picture do so early or at arrival as they closed and never opened back up.
We had an amazing time at Yunessun Onsen! Exploring the unique pools filled with coffee, green tea, and red wine was a one-of-a-kind experience. The outdoor onsen provided a perfect, serene setting to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend for a fun and rejuvenating day out!
Great theme park to go to to escape the bustle of the city. Lots of different themed hot springs at Yunessun. Just make sure to get out before the 5-7pm period or move downstairs as the floors get a bit dirty and it becomes crowded in the change room at that time. Mori no Yu was a little underwhelming but still a good way to enjoy a tradition japanese onsen in the outdoors with some great views. If you were after a quiet room and private bath, be sure to drop by and book early. Great spa facilities, quiet space and decent restaurants up at Yunessun.
A very fun place to visit .. facilities are convenient… towel can be rent .. hair dryer and plastic for wet clothes are provided .. kids enjoy so much
It was our first time visiting Hakone Yunessun at the end of September to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The experience was fun and relaxing, and the view was really beautiful and comforting. Since it wasn’t too crowded, we were able to take our time enjoying the different amenities. It felt like a nice getaway from the stress of busy city life, and I’m glad I found a cheaper ticket through Klook which made the trip even better.
all staff they monitoring all customers that’s great if they have a problem threy help. my son had fun with my mom’s friende. the
It was during Ocean Day holiday so it was extremely busy and crowded. Despite that, my family really enjoyed the facilities, like the different pools, slides, and baths. we especially loved the fish foot bath experience.
It is recommended to come on weekdays as there will be fewer people. It's a great place for a family trip, but it's a pity that I came alone this time. The room in the bathing area is small and the door is a bit difficult to open. Other places are good, the main coffee hot spring is very fragrant. If you have time, I recommend trying their fish doctor, the effect is great.
just scan it on the yunessun, u can use it immediatly..it is like a waterboom but with hot water n onsen
such beautiful view. I didn’t like how they only gave you the opportunity to cover two tattoos with a sticker I had to pay for that comes off when you get in the water. the food was great. didn’t really get to go in the bath. people were noisy in the relaxing rooms but the massage oil massage was amazing
