The experience was engaging and particularly interesting for children’s education, offering them a chance to learn in a fun and interactive way. It also provided a good opportunity for visitors to take lighthearted and funny photos, which added to the enjoyment of the visit.
Overall, I found the museum to be a worthwhile and memorable experience, and I appreciate Klook for making it accessible.

This museum is mostly interested for kids in kindergarten or elementary school age, but they also add great new photo zones making it possible to enjoy for teens, adults and tourists. I would reccomend this place for someone with kid, friend who likes having childish fun of someone who like to play around photo zones like me. My ticket was for 7 pm but they allowed me in when I’m arrived at 6 pm without problem, so don’t worry about that! And installations are also have descriptions in Polish, English and Russian, most common tourist languages here. I will visit again with my friend!

The museum is conveniently located within walking distance of Warsaw Central Station, making it easy to visit. The location name is completely wrong!!! I wanted to buy tickets for the "Copernicus Science Centre," but when I got there, I realized this ticket wasn't for that at all! This ticket is for the "Cosmos Muzeum Warszawa" (Cosmos Museum Warsaw)! It has nothing to do with Copernicus! (So angry) The ticket cost over 300 NTD, but there are very few facilities inside, and some are under maintenance. It's not worth the price at all! You can pretty much only take pictures in the ball pit, and that's it 🥲🥲🥲

A complaint has been filed with the Consumers' Protection Association. I have not received any feedback from customer service regarding the issue reported on August 22nd, and it is now September 1st!

This is nothing like the Copernicus Science Centre. I feel scammed. How can you use a different location but title it as the Copernicus Science Centre? And it's non-refundable and can't be canceled.
