Accessing Your Booking on Disney Cruise Line
- Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to manage your booking from your preferred app management store
- Access and view your bookings on Disney Cruise Line’s website and Disney Cruise Line Navigator app after you have received the Disney reservation code
- You can link your booking to your Disney Cruise Line account
- To make changes to your booking, kindly contact Klook Customer Support for assistance
Check-in and Port Arrival Time
- Check-in 30 days prior to sailing date for first time cruisers on Disney Cruise Line’s website and select your preferred Port Arrival time
- Returning guests are encouraged to check their Disney Castaway Club membership status to find out when your check-in window begins
- Do note you will not be able to access the terminal prior to your Port Arrival time
Special Occasions
- To arrange a special celebration, log into My Reservations on the Disney Cruise official website, select “Special Requests” and fill out the Special Request form. Orders must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Age Pricing
- Different pricing is available for guests aged 0-2, 3-12, and 13+. Simply select the number of guests and their ages during booking to ensure accurate pricing.
- The first 2 guests of any stateroom will be classified as adults, regardless of age.
Rotational Dining
- When you arrive, you’ll receive your dining schedule and table number through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Each night, you, your tablemates, and even your friendly wait staff will move together to a different restaurant. The restaurants are pre-assigned to your cabin, and your servers will stay with you throughout the journey. This means they’ll already know your preferences, making each meal extra special. Plus, every restaurant offers kids' menus, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy!

- You can request an accessible stateroom for mobility or other special needs. Please note that this request is subject to availability, approval, and additional charges may apply.
Gratuities
- Gratuities are not included in the prices below and are to be paid onboard.
- It is customary to give gratuities in recognition of exceptional service, which you’ll receive in abundance aboard the ship.
- For Standard Stateroom Guests, we recommend a gratuity amount of $16.00 USD per night, per stateroom Guest, including infants and children.
- For Concierge Staterooms and Suities, we recommend a gratuity amount of $27.25 USD per night, per stateroom Guest, including infants and children.
- There is an 18% gratuity charged for bar, beverage, wine, deck service tabs and spa services. All gratuities can be charged to your onboard account.

San Fransokyo Street
The vibrant energy of Tokyo meets the laid-back charm of San Francisco on this lively “street” inspired by the Disney film Big Hero 6. Secret entrances to Edge and Vibe—the urban-themed tween and teen youth clubs—are tucked away within 2 of the street’s charming shops. Further down the road, check out the action at a trolley stop, a cable car lounge, a shopping area and Baymax Cinemas, showing classic and newly released Disney films. One of the highlights of San Fransokyo Street is Big Hero Arcade, a one-of-a-kind family gaming lounge featuring video games and immersive, high-tech experiences. While here, keep an eye out for Baymax, the film’s larger-than-life healthcare companion robot.
Wayfinder Bay
When spirit of discovery beckons, follow your heart to this outdoor oasis of relaxation and entertainment inspired by the Disney film Moana. Lounge on tiered deck seating or unwind in the sparkling wading pool. The pool area, featuring a massive screen, also doubles as a unique performance venue for interactive events and live shows like Moana: Call of the Sea.

Celebrate the joy of summer at one of 2 distinct dining rooms inspired by the Disney films Tangled and Frozen. In the Maximus dining room, feel immersed in the atmosphere of a lantern festival—complete with a maypole and hand-painted motifs of the sun and Rapunzel’s frying pan. In honor of her kingdom’s royal guard horse Maximus, bridles, horseshoes and other equestrian décor are also featured.
In the Olaf dining room, experience the magic of summer solstice in Arendelle. Named after everyone’s favorite snowman (who ironically loves all things summer), the room welcomes Guests with a dazzling array of icy reminders of Elsa’s influence, including a shimmering snowflake chandelier.
