Cairo Tour to National Museum (Mummies), Citadel & Khan Khalili

Mei, the tour guide, provided me with a wealth of information about Egyptian history and culture. She also kindly answered all my questions, which helped me gain a deeper understanding of Egypt. She's a fantastic Chinese-speaking guide! 👍 ⚠️ Please note that the museum included in the official itinerary is not the museum with Tutankhamun's mask, but another national museum. However, the tour guide confirmed this with me before departure and allowed me to change the itinerary to the museum I wanted to visit. I'm very grateful to her! (This is not guaranteed to be possible every time, so it is recommended to confirm in advance.)

First, the tour guide was late in the morning, and the driver and I had to go to another location to pick her up. Second, the guide used Arabic to buy tickets for herself and me from the counter, and then I paid for them. However, this tour did not include me having to pay for the guide's ticket. So, I immediately asked Klook if I needed to pay for the guide's ticket for this tour, and customer service replied that I did not. In the end, customer service helped me resolve this issue, getting back the extra Egyptian pounds I paid for both me and the guide, and will provide it to me on my next tour. A word of advice to everyone coming to Egypt: be aware that anyone in Egypt, including tour guides, might try to deceive you.

I enjoyed my tour a lot with Ayman as the tour guide. He is really good in English and a great tour guide.

This product was also canceled because I couldn't contact the guide due to Klook's failure to provide detailed advance notice. Klook has really disappointed us and caused us financial and emotional distress. I will contact you as soon as I return to Korea to hold you responsible.
