Preme Pavilion Spa Experience in Bangkok (ICONSIAM)

Service: Excellent! The front desk staff responsible for contacting guests are very friendly. I was 15 minutes late due to personal reasons and was prepared to have my massage time deducted. Although the order time was changed earlier that day, things can still change. Thank you to the business for waiting patiently and adjusting the time to allow us to have a full two-hour massage. Massage therapist: Both massage therapists are experienced, attentive, and use appropriate pressure. The elders were also very satisfied. Environment: On the way there, because I was in a hurry, I took the Charoen Nakhon station and followed Google Maps through winding paths, which was a bit scary, but I was able to reach the store within 10 minutes. On the way back, walking on the main road actually felt further! Atmosphere: It felt like arriving at a paradise, very comfortable. If I plan to visit ICONSIAM next time I come to Bangkok, I will visit again.

I booked for 120minutes Spa in Preme Pavillion and I highly recommend this Spa☺️ the staff are friendly and accommodating , they made sure you’re comfortable in everything ☺️the ambiance is good, the place is clean and very peaceful. kudos to my therapist, I feel so relaxed and refreshed after the Spa🙏 they offer tea before and after the massage, I’m not into tea but their tea here is really good 👍 it comes with fruit 🍉 also., surely I will come back here on my next vacation, I really love it here🙏☺️

Best massage for me in Bangkok. Booked Aroma Relaxing Massage for 2 people. Therapists are skillull and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. Receptionists are also good at English. Recommend for couples to ask for a couple room. It was fantastic.

The massage experience was so good and relaxing. They provided a welcome tea and there’s another tea session after the massage! The massage was very good and the therapist did a very good job. Definitely worth my money and I will come here again if come back to Bangkok.

Although it was a little nerve-wracking to have to strip down completely to disposable underwear at first, the therapist's technique was very professional and quickly eased my anxiety. If you are tired of Icon Siam, this is a good place to come! Even if the entrance is strange, just keep going. Before you enter, you will have a consultation to decide on the massage intensity, the area you want to receive care for, and the area you need to be careful of. The intensity should be strong, but if it hurts, it would be good to ask them to go easy. You have to come at a set time, so there is no one next to you and you don't have to worry about it, and I was satisfied with the welcome tea, tea, and fruit after the service.

The masseuse's technique was above average for this price point. The only thing I couldn't stand was the air conditioning in Thailand; it was too cold! However, it's still highly recommended. If you're walking, the road can be a bit hard to find, almost like you've taken a wrong turn, so it's better to go by motorbike, haha.
